Deliveries/Collections

We normally aim to deliver on the day of your function and pick up again the day after. We will work with the staff at the establishment to set up the room, so you have one less worry on the day. We ask that you notify us immediately of any discrepancies as in most situations these can be corrected with a minimum of fuss. It is your responsibility to ensure that everything is looked after until we pick up the goods after your event. We would point out that any damp linen should not be stored in polythene bags as mildew sets in quickly and is almost impossible to remove.

Size

We have a range of sizes. We will liaise with you before the event to ensure the right cover is used. A fit session at the venue will be carried out before confirmation of the booking is accepted.

Orders

We have a minimum number policy. An additional charge of £30.00 will be added to all bookings that require less than 50 chair covers.

Payment

Once we are happy that our chair covers fit we will send you an invoice for a refundable deposit of £50.00. This will be held for damages and returned 2 weeks after the event once stock has been checked. Once we receive this payment we can guarantee and confirm your booking. Four weeks prior to your event we will contact you to confirm your final numbers. A final invoice will then be sent out for the balance to be paid in full. We ask that all monies are paid before your event.

Cancellations

A cancellation by the customer with less than three months till the booked date will require payment in full.

Lost/damaged linens

We are aware that stains from food, drink and light scuff marks from shoes are inevitable. Every item supplied by us has a replacement cost. If an item is lost or returned torn, burnt or damaged in any way you will be notified within 2 weeks. We shall do our utmost to remove any stains and in the event of this not being possible, we will have to make a charge for replacement.

Chair covers=£15.00

Bows/sashes=£10.00

Napkins= £5.00

Diamante napkin rings=£10.00

Diamante buckle=£20.00

If a lost item is subsequently returned to us, we shall credit the charge, however an extended hire charge will be payable.
